Call For Programming
One of the things we love at the con is good discussion on a variety of topics and fandoms. Also, fun crafting and games. Our crack programming staff wants all of your suggestions to make a great schedule of panels, roundtables, crafting sessions, vid retrospectives, slashy pictionary… you tell us what you want to lead or attend.
We'll be putting all suggestions up for a vote by our attendees and as many as possible will be scheduled. Voting helps us choose among similar ideas, or to decide which suggestions should be combined, and to make sure we have enough space for each topic.
Each suggestion should include:
- A catchy title. Puns and double entendre are encouraged
- Two-three sentences describing what an attendee might expect
- Names of one or two co-moderators (not required…. yet)
Here’s our draft timeline:
6 months before the con: Solicit suggestions
5 months before the con: Voting for panels
4 months before the con: Matching moderators to topics, and general scheduling
3 months before the con: Announce the schedule
